The office provides same day appointments for urgent problems and within 48 hours for routine/non urgent problems.

The doctors believe that each patient deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, and to have certain needs met while under care in the office. A highly trained and professional staff is employed to assist patients with scheduling, insurance submittals, records transfer and other processes that may be necessary.

Insurance Network Participation

The office/doctors participate with all major health insurance plans, including HMOs, in western Pennsylvania. (see insurance participation and billing)

Clear Treatment Boundaries

The doctors utilize established treatment methods and are committed to providing expedient and effective health care to all patients.  Patients that are determined to be not appropriate for, or will not likely benefit from, chiropractic care are referred to the patient's primary care physician or appropriate medical specialty.

Team Players

The doctors understand that solving many problems often requires a team effort. They will communicate/work with and provide timely reporting to your primary care physician and other doctors when appropriate.
