Auto Insurance:     Under PA state law, you may immediately see a chiropractor of your choice for injuries resulting from a motor vehicle accident. You do not require authorization from your insurance company or a referral from another doctor to receive chiropractic treatment.

Workers Compensation:     Chiropractic treatment for confirmed on the job injuries is paid for by your employer’s workers compensation insurance.  Some general rules apply:

Your employer may post a list of doctors that you must choose to get treatment from during the first 90 days after the injury is reported.

If our name is on the list (panel), or if there is no list of doctors posted, you may choose to see us any time after the injury occurs and is reported.  Otherwise you may request a referral to one of us by one of the panel doctors or by your employer.

If you are not better and still need treatment after 90 days you may choose to see a doctor not on your employer’s list, including Dr. Tellin or Dr. Imbarlina.

We are a panel doctor for many employers and workers’ compensation insurance companies.  If your employer has a list of doctors that you must see for work injuries and we are not included, you may ask that our names be added.
